Paddy Coulter is the former Director of Studies at the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism at the University of Oxford and Fellow of Green College, Oxford. Paddy previously worked (between 1990 and 2001) as Director of the International Broadcasting Trust (IBT), a specialist independent television production company, producing programmes on global affairs for BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and leading broadcasters around the world. He is currently a Senior Associate at Oxford University's international development centre, Queen Elizabeth House and an Associate Fellow of the University’s Environmental Change Institute. He is also Chair of Broadcasting Support Services (BSS), Trustee of the Media Trust/ Community Channel and Fahamu.
